Refund & Cancellation Policy
When refunds apply to wallet, sessions, pooja, and shop orders.

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Vedm, a product of Code24x7 Private Limited. It explains when refunds apply to wallet recharges, live consultations, pooja orders, report orders, and other purchases on the Platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Wallet recharges
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your Vedm wallet.
- Wallet balance does not expire while your account remains active.
- Unused balance may be used for future consultations, shop orders, and pooja bookings.
- If a Razorpay payment fails but your bank debited the amount, the reversal is handled by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days — contact support with your payment reference if needed.
Chat and call sessions
- Per-minute sessions are charged for completed billing intervals. Partial minutes may be rounded according to platform billing rules shown in the app.
- If a session ends due to technical failure on Vedm’s side before meaningful service was delivered, contact support within 48 hours with session ID for review.
- Free promotional sessions are subject to eligibility rules and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Disputes about consultation quality are reviewed case-by-case; refunds are not automatic for subjective dissatisfaction.
Pooja and spiritual service orders
- Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment or the scheduled muhurta for a full refund to your wallet or original payment method.
- After a pooja has been performed or livestream access was provided, refunds are generally not available except where Vedm failed to deliver the booked service.
- Rescheduling may be offered instead of a refund when mutually agreed with the service provider.
Reports and AstroMall shop orders
- Digital reports: refunds available if the report was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- Physical shop products: standard return policy applies for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Customised or digital goods already delivered are generally non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Open the Vedm app → Profile → Help & Support, or email us with your registered phone number, order or session ID, payment reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds for wallet or Razorpay payments are processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension. We provide transaction records to payment partners to resolve legitimate disputes.
