Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vedm, a product of Code24x7 Private Limited, including our mobile applications, partner platform, website, and related services. By registering, downloading, or using Vedm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Vedm connects users with independent astrologers and spiritual service providers for live chat, voice and video consultations, kundali and horoscope features, digital reports, pooja bookings, and related content.

Astrology guidance is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting health, law, or finances.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping OTP login credentials secure.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free sessions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Wallet, billing, and payments

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, are included or shown at checkout as required by law.

• Consultations are billed per minute at the astrologer’s listed rate unless a free session applies.
• Wallet recharges are processed via Razorpay. Balance is credited after successful payment confirmation.
• Sessions may end automatically when wallet balance is insufficient.
• Prices, rates, and promotions may change; applicable rates are shown before you start a session or place an order.

Independent astrologers

Astrologers on Vedm are independent service providers, not employees of Vedm. We facilitate matching, payments, and platform tools but do not guarantee specific outcomes from any reading. Disputes about consultation quality should be raised via in-app support; we may mediate but astrologers remain responsible for their professional conduct.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, or share illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent billing, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false birth details to mislead astrologers.
• Do not record or redistribute consultations without consent where prohibited by law or platform rules.

Intellectual property

Vedm logos, app design, and platform software are owned by Vedm or its licensors. Astrologers retain rights to their own content. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or specific astrological accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on astrological guidance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection remedies available in your place of residence.
